Modules included in the course:

Introduction to MHAT: Get introduced to the Mental Health Action Trust and the foundational phylospohy. Hear it directly from the founder. 

Introduction to Mental Health: Explore the spectrum of mental health disorders, including common conditions, prevalence rates, and societal impacts. Understand the importance of destigmatizing mental health issues and promoting awareness.

Therapeutic Approaches: Delve into various therapeutic modalities used in mental health treatment, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Learn how to tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of clients.

Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Develop proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, including diagnostic interviews, psychosocial assessments, and risk assessments. Understand the diagnostic criteria outlined in the DSM-5 and ICD-10.
